THE SHORT VERSION

We collect what we need to sell you things and get them to your door. We don't sell your information to anyone. Here's the detail.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and what you bought. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number.

When you browse: standard technical data like device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and cookies that keep your cart working and tell us how the store is used.

When you email us: whatever you send, so we can help and keep a record of the conversation.

HOW WE USE IT

To fulfill your order, send you order and shipping updates, answer support emails, prevent fraud, and understand how the store is used so we can improve it.

If you opt in to marketing emails, we'll send you release announcements. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Only the services that run the store: Shopify, which hosts it and processes checkout; our payment processor; our fulfillment partner, which packs and ships your order; the shipping carriers that deliver it; the email service that sends our messages; and Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the store is used. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Each service gets only what it needs to do its job.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We may also share information when the law requires it, such as responding to a subpoena or other lawful request.

ADVERTISING

We run ads on platforms like Meta and Google. Their pixels use cookies to show ads to people who've visited the store and to measure whether those ads work.

We use cookies to keep your cart and checkout working and to measure how the store is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking the essential ones may break checkout.

We're based in the United States, so your information is processed here. We keep order records as long as accounting and tax rules require; everything else goes when it's no longer needed.
