THE SHORT VERSION

You buy something, we ship it, and our policies say how that works. These terms cover the rest: the ground rules for using this site and ordering from us. By placing an order or using the site, you're agreeing to them.

USING THIS SITE

By using this site you confirm you're at least the age of majority where you live. Use the site lawfully: no scraping, bots, automated purchasing, uploading malicious code, or interfering with the site's security.

We can refuse service or cancel orders that break these rules.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it. We can cancel an order before it ships for reasons like suspected fraud, an address we can't ship to, or a pricing error. If we cancel your order, you get a full refund, always.

If a price is listed wrong, we'll contact you before shipping with the correct price and the choice to pay it or cancel for a full refund.

We may limit quantities per person, household, or order, and we may cancel orders that appear to come from resellers, dealers, or automated buying.

PAYMENT

Your card is charged when you place the order. That includes limited releases and pre-orders. You agree to use a payment method you're authorized to use and to keep your contact information accurate so we can reach you about your order.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms. Where those policies and this page overlap, the policies win.

PRODUCTS

Most of what we sell is made in limited quantities. Availability isn't guaranteed, sold-out items often aren't restocked, and we may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Colors can render differently from screen to screen, and we can't guarantee your display matches the product exactly.

OUR WORK

Everything on this site, including designs, product names, photos, and copy, belongs to us. Don't reproduce it or use it commercially without written permission.

LIABILITY

We stand behind your order and our policies. Beyond that, the site and our products are provided as is; to the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability on any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that can't be waived where you live.

If your breach of these terms causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If something goes wrong, email support first. Nearly everything gets resolved faster there than anywhere else.

THE LEGAL GLUE

If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms plus our posted policies are the whole agreement between you and us about the store. If we don't enforce a provision at some point, we're not waiving it.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
